Students wishing to request a letter of recommendation from the ASD counselor must complete the  Letter of Recommendation Form.  Please plan for a 2-3 week turnaround during high request times.   You should also email the teachers & counselor directly with your request. This form is to gather information for the letter. 

 

Students can also fill out the "BRAG SHEET" in Schoolinks.
