Before beginning your application please be sure to have the following things ready:
- Separate personal email accounts for student and parent. Students can not proceed with their application if they have the same email address as their parent. ASDK12.net is not a valid email address and students will not be able to continue the application process if they use their asdk12.net account.
- Student Social Security Number (for the UAA application).
Application process: (In order that students should complete the application)
1. Fill out the AMCS Application
2. Apply to UAA as a dual enrollment student.
3. Receive a confirmation email from the AMCS Program with details for the next steps.
4. Receive an email from UAA with your UA ID number.
5. Set up official UAA username and password. (using directions from email from UAA)
6. Take your Writing & Math Placements.
7. After both applications and placements have been evaluated, student will then receive an offer of acceptance to AMCS or a denial of admittance to AMCS.
